AfriSance Consulting was established by Lise Benade, Ric Godinho, and Margo Stoeder in 2006. |
|
|
Together they have more than work 65 years of experience in corporate and parastatal environments of which 30 years were spent in senior and top management positions in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry. |
|
|
During the aforementioned years Lise, Margo and Ric gained first hand grass roots knowledge, understanding and experience of the workings, mandates and interests of business, investors, governments and regulators in regulated industries in a variety of African Central American and European countries, including South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lesotho, Italy, Honduras and participated in a number of international fora, workshops and studies. |

Their seniority, qualifications and extensive experience in working with and in regulated service industries which attract significant public interest have taught them to always have a bottom line and value add focus combined with lateral thinking and analysis in order to be able to constructively challenge and simplify the complexities and challenges of regulation, competition and restructuring. |
